The process of BIOCARE Trichogramma multiplication involves the eggs of the Angoumois grain moth Sitotroga cerealella as a food source for beneficial insects. Sitotroga egg production takes place in-house all year round.
In addition to being used in Trichogramma production, the eggs of the Sitotroga moth are also suitable as eggs for the beneficial organism or as food for the multiplication and breeding of other beneficials.
